Refund policy

For all returns, return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. (In case of wrong or defective items sent by us, shipping costs will be covered by our company.)
* Timeframe: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
* Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition.

Shipping Fees
* One-way shipping: $15.00
* Exchange (round trip): $30.00
* For customer-initiated exchanges, shipping is paid by the customer.
* If the item is wrong or defective, exchange shipping is covered by us.

Promotions & Free Shipping

If a return causes the order to no longer meet promotion requirements (Free Shipping over $125, Buy 4 Get 3, etc.), the promotion will be canceled.
Applied discounts and free shipping value ($15) will be deducted from the refund.
